Tan Jian Ci continued to expand his career across acting, music, and commercial activities. The year was marked by the premiere of "Filter" (February 24), followed by the premieres of "Three Kingdoms" (October 1) and the film "Sound of Silence" (October 4). He also released the original soundtrack "Sound of Silence", performed at major televised events, appeared on the cover of Marie Claire, celebrated the 80th anniversary of ELLE China, received important industry awards, and began the release of his third album with the singles "Proof" and "Dead Reflex". Tan Jian Ci starred in the film "I Miss You" (March 8), returned as Xiang Liu/Fang Feng Bei in "Lost You Forever 2" (July 8), and played Yuan Mo in "Go East" (August 23). He released his second solo album, "Huan" (June 12), launched his first solo concert tour, "My Story Your Love" (August 17), and premiered "Under the Skin 2" (December 10).
2023
Tan Jian Ci gained wider recognition through his performances as Xiang Liu/Fang Feng Bei in "Lost You Forever" (July 24) and Mo Qing Cheng in "Love Me Love My Voice" (November 30). He also performed the original soundtrack songs "The Wait That Can't Be Waited" and "Favor Mortal Fireworks" for "Lost You Forever", released his first solo album, "Dreams" (April 20), and appeared on Hunan TV's New Year's Eve Gala, performing "The Wait That Can't Be Waited" and debuting his new single "Bad Monalisa".
2022
This year marked a major turning point in Tan Jian Ci's career. He starred as Shen Yi in "Under the Skin" (March 6) and Qin Huai in "Are You Safe?" (September 8). In January, he joined "Hello Saturday" as a regular cast member, participated in "Campus Go", performed "A Lonely Lament" at the CCTV Mid-Autumn Festival Gala, and gave the first televised performance of his solo single "IMMA GET IT" during Hunan TV's New Year's Eve Gala.
2021
Tan Jian Ci portrayed Prince Zhou in the historical comedy "Court Lady" (April 15). He also expanded his presence in variety television by participating in the fifth season of "Chinese Restaurant".
2020
Tan Jian Ci appeared in the dramas "Winter Begonia" (March 20), "The Centimeter of Love" (November 16), and "Twisted Fate of Love" (November 23). Alongside his acting projects, he participated in the music programs "The Treasured Voice" and "Crossover Singer". At the end of the year, he won the competition "Shine! Super Brothers", marking an important milestone in his music career.
2019
Tan Jian Ci continued to broaden his acting career with the family drama "Over the Sea I Come to You" (June 13), in which he portrayed Chen Kai Wen, and the ensemble film "Adoring" (December 31), where he played Luo Hua.
2018
Tan Jian Ci starred as Cao Pi in the historical drama "Secret of the Three Kingdoms" (March 27) and as Zhou Zi Yi in the contemporary drama "Never Gone" (November 6). He also participated in the acting competition program "I Am the Actor", further showcasing his versatility as a performer.
2017
Tan Jian Ci took on the role of Sima Zhao in the historical drama "The Advisors Alliance" (June 22) and its sequel, "Growling Tiger, Roaring Dragon" (December 7). These productions represented an important milestone in establishing his presence in large-scale historical dramas.
