The fan club Xiao Tan Huo was founded by Tan Jian Ci on March 20, 2021 — a date that came to be known as “320”, in reference to the 3/20 format. More than a traditional fanbase, Xiao Tan Huo has established itself as an affective community centered around his trajectory, bringing together admirers under a shared identity shaped by the artist himself.

Since then, the date has been celebrated annually with special content, live broadcasts, and symbolic releases prepared by Tan Jian Ci as a way of giving back to the support he has received over the years. In 2026, the celebration took on particular significance with two landmark moments: the birth of T- Hoo Hoo, the official symbol of the fandom (see images in this link), and the release of the special single “宠 ONE”, presented as a birthday gift to fans.

The name “Xiao Tan Huo” (小炭火), which can be interpreted as “a small charcoal flame”, carries a symbolic meaning of steady warmth and quiet presence — a metaphor for the enduring relationship between the artist and his fans. Over time, the fan club has become not only a space of support, but also a central element in the construction of his public image, accompanying the different phases of his career.
