The Project
"Tan Jian Ci Brasil" is an independent editorial project dedicated to documenting and organizing the artistic career of Chinese actor and singer Tan Jian Ci for an international audience.
Through ongoing curatorial work, the digital magazine brings together weekly updates, performance records, brand campaigns, and significant moments from his career, while also offering cultural context that helps international fans better understand his work. More than a page for updates, "Tan Jian Ci Brasil" aims to function as a growing editorial archive — a space that preserves each stage of the artist’s career through weekly editions organized in the format of a digital magazine.

Instagram — the main platform of the project, featuring visual content, editorial series and the weekly digital magazine.
X (Twitter) and Threads— real-time tracking of news, trends and conversations within the international fandom.
Weibo — direct presence within the main digital space of the Chinese fandom, following updates and discussions from the local community.
Combining archive, curation and continuous publication, "Tan Jian Ci Brasil" seeks to serve as a bridge between different fan communities and as a living record of Tan Jian Ci’s artistic journey.

"My Story with Tan Jian Ci" is a free e-book that brings together the complete 29-day series originally published across Instagram, Threads, X, and Weibo to celebrate the first anniversary of "Tan Jian Ci Brasil". More than a personal memoir, it tells the story of how a Brazilian university professor became a fan and gradually created one of the largest English-language editorial archives dedicated to Tan Jian Ci.
